KateHaus, started as Alpine Moon Photography by Katharine Hauschka in 2005, is a destination photography service based out of Washington DC, with Colorado and Massachusetts ties. I specialize in weddings, portraiture, events, nature and travel photography. I also work with photography in food, sports, modeling, fashion, architecture, archiving, multimedia slideshows and retouching. I'm a graduate of Boston University's Center for Digital Imaging and I have my work published in various books, magazines and educational displays.
This awesome, and I mean awesome, couple found me online and we’ve been a great fit from the start! They wanted to have some fun photos taken of them in the awesome holiday setting in Reston, VA. We walked around the wintery setting in the chilly evening, got some cocktails and even went ice skating. Not only was this a fun setting for photos, but Lindsay and Trevor were pretty amazing to work with as well! Enjoy!
