We had a nice time playing in their back yard and dressing little Gabby up in some adorable outfits. Though she was pretty sleepy, Gabby did a great job and we captured some fun photos of her laughing hard. It was truly awesome to see Sebastian a year after photographing him! He’s grown so much but has definitely kept is sweet little boy charm. Carolina was, as always so essential to making these photos- she’s so good at playing with the kids that it makes capturing fun candid moments so easy!

We took some fun family lifestyle photos and had a really fun time in the grassy Armstrong quad at Colorado College. I loved meeting Liam, after only a few minutes, he warmed right up to the camera and just enjoyed spending time playing with his mom.

What a wedding it was! Sally & Alex hired me, a fellow Colorado College alum to come and photograph their wedding out in Colorado on and around the campus. We had a blast! After taking some getting ready photos, we jumped in the CC van and headed over to the Garden of the Gods for some fabulous fun and photo taking. Not long after we headed to CC for the ceremony which took place right outside of Shove Chapel and the reception which took place over in Bemis. It was a perfect day for this western wedding filled with heaps of fun, laughter and crazy dancing. Enjoy!

Mia and Christopher were a pleasure to work with and were just as excited to have their photos taken as I was to take them! After getting hair and make up done we took a few photos before rushing over to the lovely ceremony given by Mia’s father. As the sun sank behind the trees and the couple said their vows, their friends and family applauded the joyous occasion. We then took a bunch more photos and finally made our way to the dance floor for some fun, music and delicious food. Enjoy!

With a little help from some coffee and the great make up and hair artists they had they it wasn’t too hard for Tami & Maria to hop into wedding mode early Sunday morning over in Alexandria. After a bit of preparation, we all jumped in the bus and were carted downtown to the National Press Club, just a few blocks away from the white house. There the girls slipped into their dresses, signed the ketubah and the ceremony commenced with truly fabulous vows in a room filled with love and great friendship. Shortly after the ceremony, we took some fun photos before the jazz buffet brunch began. Needless to say it was a lovely morning filled with happiness, celebration and good and music food all around!
