Mission Olive

Recently I’ve had the pleasure to work with Chef Lee Knaz of Mission Olive. Every month he hosts a class and dinner, in which attendees cook together, guided by Mediterranean ideals. A personal chef by trade, Chef Knaz has also crossed over to the small screen, where he has appeared on the television show Recipe Hunters. Shooting with Lee was so much fun, his energy come through in the food- some of the best I’ve ever tasted.MISSION OLIVE

New Print!

I am so in love with my new 16″x24″ framed and matted print from Canvas Pop! As a professional photographer I’m often critical of the quality a lot of printing companies out there offer, especially when it comes down to accurately matching the color of your digital file. Canvas Pop got everything right, using high quality materials, they exceeded my expectations paying special attention to the smallest details! They did an amazing job in presenting my image as a piece of art while providing top notch customer service!  I very much look forward to printing with them again!

Evan & Jess #SeelCrossing

It was a warm, lush and sunny summer day at Riverside Farm in Vermont with potential for afternoon thunderstorms. This gorgeous rustic venue complimented Evan and Jess’s down to earth personalities and relaxed preppy style. It was the perfect location for the intimate feel they were going for and provided a stunning backdrop for all the photos. Jess got ready with her bridesmaids in the Bridal suite while Evan and his groomsmen hung out on the other side of the property in the grooms cabin prepping themselves for the day to come. Once everyone was dressed and ready, we gathered for some pre ceremony pics at the barn before heading across the property to start the ceremony. They tied the knot out in the large farm field in front of their closest family and friends. It was a touching ceremony with  love, laughter and sweet tears. The cocktail hour included amazing food, drinks and fun activities (like corn hole) while guests socialized and enjoyed the last bit of sunshine before the clouds started to roll in. Guests soon gathered inside the barn for the reception where toasts were shared, a delicious dinner eaten, and some amazing dancing performed! In lieu of  the cake cutting, they decided to honor Vermont with a Ben & Jerry’s Ice cream scooping. It was awesomely tasty! I was able to sneak out with the couple for some great evening shots- even though we didn’t have a sunset, we definitely had a great time taking photos!

Words don’t really come close to describing the magical weekend that was had in Vermont at Riverside Farm this last July. So with out further ado, I’m so excited to be able to finally share these images with you! Congratulations Evan & Jess! You two are so incredible and gorgeous from the inside out. I feel so lucky to have met you and to now have you as friends for life!  May you have an amazing future together and thank you for letting us capture your incredible weekend!!
